We know “Fractional Web & Tech Support” might not be something you come across every day. So in the spirit of our core values (Communication, Intentionality, Positivity, Strategy), here are some answers to some common questions.

  • We require a 3-month minimum to start. After that, the agreement shifts to a rolling monthly commitment. We ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel.

  • You start by filling out an Inquiry Form. Then we connect with a 45-minute Alignment Call. If we feel we’re a good fit on both sides, we’ll send you a Proposal, Contract, and Invoice. We kick everything off with a 30-minute team meeting to create goals and prioritize your task list. Then, we get started on all your business backend needs!

  • We work with many common platforms related to websites, marketing, scheduling, and online courses. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to ask during your Alignment Call!

  • When you sign up for Fractional Support, you’ll get access to a ticketing system where you can submit requests anytime. We recommend batching related tasks when possible to make the most of our time together.

  • We guarantee a maximum turnaround time of 7 days. You can also opt for an urgency fee to get updates faster.

  • Yes, each task request has a 30-minute minimum. This helps control for context switching, communication with you, and quality.

  • No, any unused hours expire at the end of each month. This keeps timelines clear and workloads manageable.   • No problem! As long as our capacity allows, extra time can be added at $100/hour. This is billed separately from your monthly Fractional Support.

  • These services are not included in this package, but we’re happy to refer you to our trusted partners for those needs.

  • We work as an extension of your team by handling tech implementation and integration, as well as offering expert advice on the best ways to use your tech platform features for your unique business. This partnership is a collaborative process and we can take the lead when your abilities or time don't allow. (That said, we won’t do impromptu community engagement or create content!) We meet monthly to keep expectations and goals aligned, and to make our collaboration as efficient as possible.

  • Due to the creative and subjective nature of this service, we don’t offer refunds.
