  • The typical timeline for this package is 6 weeks, but this could be longer depending on any add-ons you choose. We’ll be upfront about the timeline either way.

  • Your custom website package starts at $3,500 USD. As you add more pages or other additional support, this price will increase accordingly. We’ll never surprise you with a price tag before committing to a project together.

  • We ask you to provide us with visual branding, copy for all pages, policy pages copy, brand images, and a domain name before the project start date. If you don’t have all of these, we can help you create them or refer you to some of our trusted partners.

  • We do not offer full copywriting or branding services, but we know some amazing partners who do. We can introduce you and collaborate on the project together. 

  • Yes, we will provide clear instructions and all login access for you to make edits on your published website. This is your home base!

  • Yes, we have a fractional retainer package that is perfect for anyone we’ve collaborated with on a website. Even though we give you information and access to manage your own site, we understand that you might not have the time or confidence to worry about your website. We’d love to partner with you again.

  • Yes, we can use your current copy, images, and branding to design and develop a brand new website. If you prefer, we can even keep the current layout, but one of our special skills is to look at your current website and see how we can improve it. No matter what we keep or leave behind, it’ll be intentionally decided together.

  • Yes, we offer a full or mini Website Intensive for one-time website improvements, as well as a Fractional Web & Tech Support Retainer for ongoing support.

  • Due to the creative and subjective nature of this service, we don’t offer refunds. We will work with you during revision rounds to make sure you are happy with the design and functionality of your website. If you need to reschedule your website design project, let us know as soon as possible. We can then discuss our availability, along with a rescheduling fee. Communication is one of our core values, so we will try to avoid scheduling issues by clearly discussing the project timeline and client responsibilities during our Alignment Call before starting the project.

  • We build with foundational SEO best practices in place: clean code, keyword-friendly page structures, and optimization for loading speed and mobile accessibility. (All things Google SEO prioritizes.) For more in-depth SEO support, we can refer you to an expert.

  • We build on Squarespace because it offers flexibility for us and for you once you take over the site. Learn more about why we love Squarespace here.

  • The Squarespace hosting and subscription fees are not included in the price. If you’re new to Squarespace, you will get a 20% discount on your first year subscription by working with us. Plus, if you don’t have a domain name yet and you’re new to Squarespace, you will get a free domain name for one year with the subscription. We can walk you through the best way to acquire the domain name.

  • Absolutely, your website will be mobile-friendly as this is important for both online business and accessibility.

  • You can integrate almost all your online business tools with your website as needed. We offer support integrating your email marketing, CRM, and appointment schedulers as part of the core package, and can do even more behind-the-scenes magic as an add-on.
